Beyond Connection is an 8-week journey that forwards women in tech to transform from followers to forwarders, infusing play and creativity into decision-making and leadership. Through a blend of positive psychology, neuroscience, and decision intelligence, participants learn to navigate professional challenges with less stress and more joy, while developing their authentic leadership style. The program equips women to not only advance their own careers but also to foster innovation within their organizations and communities, creating a ripple effect of positive change in the tech industry.

Once you join Beyond Connection, you'll become part of a tight-knit group of 6 to 12 amazing women participants. We'll meet up online every week for 90 minutes, creating a safe and supportive space where you can learn, get support, find inspiration, and stay motivated. Each week has a specific topic and we invite expert speakers to provide you with first hand insights. Between sessions, you'll dive into practical exercises and assignments that'll help you soak up knowledge, sharpen your skills, and embrace fresh perspectives. Alongside the group sessions, you'll also get six private one-on-one sessions with Hannah or Juliette to tackle specific challenges as they pop up and work towards your unique development goals.

On average, our participants dedicate between 2 to 3 hours per week (in addition to our weekly sessions) to complete coursework, assignments, and engage with their peers and the program founder and lecturer, through our online community. The program is intense, but don't worry, we've designed it to fit into your busy schedule. You'll have the flexibility to dive deeper into specific topics at your own pace, whenever it works best for you.

We like to keep things cozy and intimate, so we limit each cohort to a maximum of 12 participants. This ensures a highly interactive and personalized experience where everyone gets the attention they deserve. This small group size creates a super supportive and collaborative vibe where everyone can connect, share their experiences, and lift each other up.

We charge a non-refundable deposit of 500€ to reserve your place in the program. The remaining amount must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program. The Early Bird discount only applies for registrations for up to 30 days before the program start date.
